Lotto joins Union Bank’s Residential Lending Team

David Silverman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Bank is happy to announce the addition of Senior Mortgage Loan Originator, Anita B Lotto to Union Bank’s Residential Lending Team. “Anita will be a tremendous asset to our Stowe branch and we are excited to have her join our team here at Union Bank. Anita has deep roots in the Lamoille County market and brings decades of experience and a broad skillset that spans residential lending processes, strong relationships and credibility with her customers and referral partners,” said Silverman. Anita will be based out of the Stowe branch location and will continue to service Lamoille and Chittenden counties.

Lotto comes to Union Bank after 20 years working as a Senior Residential Mortgage Lender for Mortgage Financial Inc. located in Colchester, VT. Prior to that she worked for Summit Financial for 6 years where she began her career in loan origination.

Attending Champlain College in Burlington, Anita earned an Associate Degree in Business and Marketing. A dedicated Rotarian for 12 years, Lotto was instrumental in getting the Cambridge Area Rotary Club founded. Now in its 10th year of operation, she was a past President and Rotarian of the year.

Anita resides in Cambridge with her family and enjoys skiing, hiking and kayaking.
