Kendra Smith, former human resources director at Saint Michael's College, has joined the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin as a labor relations consultant.

Over the course of her career, Smith has steadily advanced to positions of greater responsibility within human resources, overseeing larger teams and spearheading significant initiatives within the organizations she has served. She is a graduate of Saint Michael’s College and has certificates in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace as well as inclusive and ethical leadership.
