Larry Sudbay, President and Chief Executive Officerof SymQuest® Group, the region’s leading provider of network and document technology solutions and services, is pleased to announce that Keith Weiss has accepted the position of Toner Distribution Coordinator. SymQuest sells upwards of 20,000 cartridges of toner to their clients each year.
Weiss is responsible for meeting the same day turnaround guarantee for orders placed by 3pm.
“We take our guarantee and customer service very seriously,” states Sudbay. “Keith comes with an appreciation for our high standards of excellence,” he continues.
Weiss will also be involved in SymQuest’s green efforts with regard to toner cartridges. SymQuest makes a significant effort to source and market recycled toner cartridges, though the toner itself is all newly manufactured. Eighty-four percent of the toner sold by SymQuest last year was in recycled cartridges. Ninety-five percent of the cartridges sold were returned to a recycling center.
