Jim Hoag and Steve Rowe promoted to senior superintendent

ReArch Company announces the promotion of Jim Hoag and Steve Rowe to Senior Superintendent. In their new roles, Jim and Steve will be managing ReArch’s more extensive projects, assisting with new project planning, and joining our safety committee. Their extraordinary ability to develop concise project schedules, site logistics, and phasing plans will continue to be invaluable to successful project delivery.

Jim started with ReArch Company in 2005, and his tenure found him managing Williston Central School Renovation, Waterbury Municipal Complex, Hinesburg Family Health Center, Monadnock Mills Historic Renovation, Saint Albans Parking Garage, NBC 5, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Data Center, Test America, Ben and Jerry’s Offices and Community Health Centers of Burlington. Steve started with ReArch in 2007, some of his notable projects include Elm Place Senior Housing, 88 Technology Park Way (Core & Shell), Keurig Green Mountain Fit-up, VT Precision Tools, Saint Albans State Office Complex and Snowblock Apartments.
