International animal healer opens holistic practice

Christine Sullivan, long time Vermont resident and author, sets up animal healing practice serving Central and Northern Vermont Certified Holistic Animal Healer and Reiki Master, Christine Sullivan has brought her animal healing practice to Northern and Central Vermont. Christine specializes in working with animals who are experiencing cancer, physical and emotional trauma, surgery, behavioral and end of life issues through energy healing, aromatherapy, nutrition and medicinal plants. These holistic modalities bring relaxation, stress release, mind/body/spirit balance and a better quality of life to her animal clients.

An internationally recognized animal healer, rescuer and author of two books, "44 Days Out of Kandahar" and "Saving Cinnamon," Christine has been healing animals in need since volunteering in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. She attained her certifications through a year-long intensive training in the United Kingdom with world renowned teachers and mentors. Ms. Sullivan's work has been featured by CNN, Fox News, USA Today, NPR, Dog Fancy Magazine and countless other national and international media.

Having lived in Vermont almost 30 years, Christine has settled in Warren for the summer and lives in North Carolina during the winter. She is available for healing sessions for dogs, cats, horses and other companions and farm animals. Christine donates healing services to shelter animals and a portion of book sales to animals in need.

Founder and CEO of REV Indoor Cycling, Sarah DeGray, has announced the relocation and expansion of REV from its original 696 Pine Street location to 208 Flynn Avenue. This expansion comes just 18 months after REV opened its doors in the South End. REV is proud to have hired Farrington Properties for the project and the new studio boasts a modern twist in one of the South End's most historic buildings. REV offers indoor cycling classes seven days a week and will begin to offer resistance and strength training bootcamps this July.
