Ingrid Punderson Jackson has been promoted to vice president of client experience at The Nebo Co., a leadership-development firm based in Washington, D.C. In her new role, Jackson will leverage her extensive experience and business acumen to foster relationships with clients in Vermont and nationwide, aligning their leadership- and organizational-development needs with Nebo's exceptional services.
Jackson brings a wealth of expertise to Nebo. After successfully founding and selling a full-service real estate firm in 2014, she embarked on a new professional path, dedicating herself to leadership coaching. She started her own coaching practice in 2019, working with leaders across various sectors, including higher education, nonprofits and businesses in the Vermont community.

Jackson is a graduate of Middlebury College and holds certifications and training in leadership coaching from Georgetown University. She is a former member of the U.S. Ski Team, with accolades including Rookie of the Year in the U.S. Women's Professional Ski Tour.
