DRM welcomes Taylor Hallowell to intellectual property team

Taylor Hallowell

Patent attorney Taylor Hallowell has joined the intellectual property team at the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin. She will be based in the firm's Burlington office.

Hallowell previously practiced intellectual property law with a firm in Wilmington, Delaware, focusing on patent litigation in the field of medical devices and pharmaceuticals. She also gained experience in patent prosecution working at an IP boutique firm in Maryland.

“We are delighted to welcome Taylor back to Vermont and are looking forward to her contributions to our practice,” said Cathy Stadecker, chair of DRM’s intellectual property group. “Her prior experience with patent litigation and enthusiasm for building a patent prosecution practice make her an invaluable addition to DRM and our team.”

Hallowell is a graduate of Amherst College and holds a law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as executive articles and symposium editor of the Maryland Law Review.
