The new hires will play key roles in client services & support and optimizing internal company procedures.

The latest additions to the leadership team are Morgan Pratt – Director of Operations & HR and Tiffany Manley – Client Services Coordinator. Morgan is responsible for all recruitment & hiring processes, benefits, vendor & operations management, while Tiffany manages technical projects for our Professional Services departments and our local service desk. “Hiring for IT has become increasingly hard to do, and we were fortunate enough to have someone, like Morgan, dedicated to the role. Having a mature hiring process gives us the competitive advantage we need to continue growing,” said Brian.
The latest additions to the technical teams are Cory Ballou – Sr. Systems Engineer, Keith Kramer – Sr. Project Engineer, and Keith Becker – Centralized Services Engineer. “These gentlemen add a breadth of experience to our team of senior technical professionals. They are a key part of achieving our world class service delivery goals such as best in class response time and customer happiness.”
