Debra Cox, an investment adviser at Primerica Advisors, has been inducted as president of the Rotary Club of Springfield for 2024-25.
She will serve alongside officers Sue Dana, president-elect; Marty Cohn, secretary; Michelle Chamberlain, treasurer; Emma McGuirk, immediate past president; and Jeff Mobus, Patricia Putnam and Bill Dakin, directors-at-large.
Cox has been active in the Rotary Club of Springfield since 2021. She has participated in many of the club’s projects, including the Rotary Youth Food Distribution at the YMCA, food drives for the Springfield Family Center, Trex Plastic Challenge, Christmas Cheer at Kurn Hattin, and club fundraisers.
Cox has served the Brattleboro Sunrise Rotary Club, Deerfield Valley Sportsmen's Club, Whitingham Community Church and Whitingham Lions Club, and is the media chairperson for the Precision Valley Baptist Church.
