Bluebird Restaurant Group welcomes two new executive chefs to the company.
Matt Corrente is named Executive Chef at Bluebird Tavern in downtown Burlington. A Middlebury College graduate, Corrente was most recently Chef de Cuisine at Pistou in Burlington, VT. In 2011, while at Craigie on Main in Boston, MA, Corrente worked as part of the team supporting James Beard Award Winner Chef Tony Maws.
Paul Link is now Executive Chef at Bluebird Barbecue on Riverside Avenue in Burlington. A N.E.C.I. graduate, Link has been a member of the Bluebird Restaurant Group since 2011. In 2012 Link was instrumental in the opening of Bluebird Barbecue serving as Chef de Cuisine and Pitmaster.
“I am thrilled to have Matt join the Bluebird team, and to see Paul step into this new roll,” said Sue Bette, owner of the Bluebird Restaurant Group. “Both Matt and Paul have demonstrated the necessary expertise and leadership skills as well as a commitment to providing excellent service ensuring that our guests enjoy their experience.”
Bluebird Restaurant Group is located in Burlington, Vermont and is comprised of Bluebird Tavern, Bluebird Barbecue, Bluebird Coffee Stop on Church Street, and Bluebird Coffee Stop at the Innovation Center.
