Patients and coworkers frequently comment that Daley practices healthcare with a selfless commitment to high quality and patient satisfaction. Coworkers continually express appreciation for his excellent leadership qualities, sense of humor, and occasional joyful singing. Described by staff members as a positive team player and role model, Larry Milliron, chief facilities coordinator, responds quickly to requests for assistance, demonstrating dedication to the facility and compassion for staff members. Whether working during the day or off hours, his commitment to the organization exceeds expectations. When a staff member calls after hours, if he is unable to leave home, Milliron explains how he or she might resolve the problem or isolate the situation until help has arrived. Milliron generously shares his extensive knowledge regarding electricity, water treatment, HVAC controls, plumbing and medical gas systems, air exchanges, and many other facility maintenance issues.
