Whether working during the day or off hours, his commitment to the organization exceeds expectations. When a staff member calls after hours, if he is unable to leave home, Milliron explains how he or she might resolve the problem or isolate the situation until help has arrived. Milliron generously shares his extensive knowledge regarding electricity, water treatment, HVAC controls, plumbing and medical gas systems, air exchanges, and many other facility maintenance issues.
