Alex Fizz, former consultant at the Delaware Alliance for Nonprofit Advancement, has been name CEO at Associates for Training and Development, a national nonprofit that administers training programs that help mature and underserved individuals obtain or retain employment. He succeeds Pat Elmer, A4TD’s founder and longtime president and CEO, who will retire at the end of June.
Fizz has over a decade of executive experience in nonprofit management, strategic development and education-focused consulting. His career reflects a deep commitment to equitable workforce access, sustainable organizational growth and meaningful stakeholder engagement.
Throughout his career, Fizz has served as an executive director, led program services and operated his own educational consulting firm, advancing leadership development and driving program innovation across the nonprofit sector. He holds a bachelor's degree and Master of Science in Education from Neumann University in Aston, Pennsylvania.
