AllEarth Renewables has announced the recent hiring of Carly Schwer as marketing coordinator.
Schwer comes to AllEarth Renewables from Fab-Tech Incorporated, a Vermont-based stainless steel exhaust pipe manufacturing company, where she was the marketing assistant.
Schwer, of Jericho, is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Communication and a minor in Business Administration. Along with her studies, she has prior marketing experience as a graphic artist, writer and photographer and interned at New Breed Marketing, a small marketing agency in Winooski. Schwer volunteers for 350VT, the local chapter of Bill McKibben’s international climate-change action network, and serves on Jericho’s Energy Task Force, where she works to promote energy awareness in her community.
AllEarth Renewables, of Williston, manufactures the AllSun Tracker, a dual-axis solar tracker that uses innovative GPS and wireless technology to follow the sun throughout the day, producing up to 45 percent more energy than rooftop solar.
AllEarth Renewables employs 28, has manufactured and installed over 1,500 solar tracker systems, and is the largest solar installer in the state.
“We’re thrilled to have Carly joining our team. She has a clear passion and dedication to renewable energy and addressing climate change and she comes to us with great creative and technical experience,” said David Blittersdorf, President and CEO of AllEarth Renewables.
