VHB welcomes Conley, PE, PTOE, Director of Transportation Systems

Jennifer Conley, PE, PTOE, has joined VHB as the Director of Transportation Systems overseeing the firm’s transportation planning and traffic engineering team based in South Burlington. A Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, she helps clients throughout New England improve the mobility and safety for users of motorized and non-motorized transportation, including evaluating and developing intersection and corridor improvements, traffic operational studies and design, bicycle and pedestrian facility design, and preparation of construction phasing and traffic management plans. Jenn will be leading a team of professionals with a depth of skills – from transportation master plans for public and private clients to bicycle and pedestrian mobility planning to the preparation of traffic impact studies and engineering design for traffic control devices and signalization.

“We are thrilled to add Jenn to our Vermont transportation team,” said Dave Saladino, Managing Director of VHB’s Vermont offices. “Her skill set will allow us to expand our service offerings to better meet our clients’ needs in Vermont and throughout New England. Jenn’s 25 years of experience makes her an ideal mentor for the younger members of our transportation team.”

Jenn is an active member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), serving as the Vermont Chapter President and Treasurer for ITE’s New England Section. She is also engaged with the Women’s Transportation Seminar and serves on the Advisory Board for the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she earned a BS in civil engineering.
