In May, The Vermont Teddy Bear Co. promoted Deirdre Collins to Product Information Coordinator in the Marketing Analysis department. In this role Collins is responsible for the organization and dissemination of product information within various databases and systems. Collins started with VTB as a seasonal employee in 2009, with her most recent seasonal position as a scheduler in the Distribution Center. Prior to joining the Bear Crew, Collins worked for an agricultural energy efficiency company as a Energy Analyst. In June, Ryan Dalhstrom joined the Bear Crew as the Director of E-Commerce Operations. In this role, Dalhstrom will lead, develop and maintain online store assets. Before to moving to Vermont, Dalhstrom worked for a voice and data network communications company in Arkansas where he led the Interactive Marketing team. Also in June, Tracy Burns began working for VTB as the Director of Human Resources. In this role Tracy will be responsible for the overall strategy, development, management and administration of Human Resources. Previous to becoming a part of the Bear Crew, Tracy worked for a military protective solutions company as the Director of Human Resources. In July, Andy Perkins also joined the Marketing Analysis department as a Product Analyst. In this role, Perkins will manage and report current product sales, forecast product sellout and determine ordering needs. Before joining VTB, Perkins worked as a Marketing Consultant.
