United Way of Northwest Vermont welcomes three new board members

The United Way of Northwest Vermont has elected three new members to its board of directors. They are: Seth Bowden, president and CEO of the Vermont Business Roundtable; John St. Hilaire, chief financial officer at Green Mountain Credit Union; and Adrina Walker, associate vice president of human resources at University of Vermont Medical Center and University of Vermont Health Network.

Bowden, of South Burlington, has served for two years as president of the business roundtable. Prior to joining VBR, he was executive vice president of the Greater Burlington Industrial Corp. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont.

St. Hilaire, also of South Burlington, was appointed CFO at Green Mountain in March and has served on United Way of Northwest Vermont’s Finance Committee for the past four years. He holds separate bachelor's degrees, in business management and accounting, from Champlain College and a master’s degree in administration from St. Michael’s College.

Walker, of Burlington and New Jersey, was promoted to AVP at UVM Medical Center in June. Prior to joining UVMMC, she served as executive director of employee engagement at Estee Lauder Cos. Walker is a graduate of Rider University and holds a postgraduate education specialist degree from Liberty University.
