Barbra Marden has been named team leader of the new Partner Success Program at the global health care innovation company THINKMD. Marden, a native of Uganda, brings extensive customer success experience and critical skills to the role, including project management, team leadership and development, and organizational agility.
The program is expected to enhance and solidify THINKMD’s current and future partnerships, developing healthy partner relationships, improving training, evaluating and meeting partner needs, building trust and transparency and supporting the onboarding of new partners. Marden will work closely with current team members to evolve processes, leverage experiences and introduce new support mechanisms across THINKMD platform offerings.
Marden has a 17-year career in health care and customer success management, having worked with critical access hospitals across the United States serving rural communities. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a Master of Public Administration, both from the University of Vermont.
“I saw firsthand the need for communities to obtain access to health care, and I am very impressed by the THINKMD solution and mission in this field,” Marder said. “I am hoping to make it easy for our partners to implement our solution and provide an outstanding customer experience through their journey.”
