Brian Armstrong and Jackson Applebaum are pleased to announce the appointment of Property Manager Dan Hogan to the Strong Will Property Management team. A 2011 graduate of Rice Memorial High School and 2015 graduate of Castleton University, Dan will oversee daily operations, business development, and customer fulfillment. Dan most recently worked for Vermont’s largest property management company in Bennington County where he was the Office Manager and co-managed 150 residential units. Strong Will’s services include property management and leasing services for both single and multi-family rental owners, maintenance, rent collecting and accounting. The company also offers the unique service of rental searches for individuals. Strong Will manages in excess of $2 million of rental properties, consisting of 40 rental units in the greater Burlington area and serves all of northwestern Vermont.
