As Vermont’s preeminent leadership development program, the Vermont Leadership Institute (VLI) fosters ethical and transformative leadership, drawing on expert faculty from within Vermont and beyond, to create a learning environment that challenges participants to develop self-awareness and acquire knowledge and skills that result in strong and effective leadership. The Class of 2018 embarked on their leadership journey in September 2017 and met for a total of nineteen seminar days over eight sessions.

As the 23rd graduating class of the Vermont Leadership Institute, the Class of 2018 joins a professional network of over 900 Vermont Leadership Network alumni, including more than 500 VLI graduates who are making a difference in Vermont: leading innovative businesses, creating award-winning non-profits, serving in the legislature and state government, and volunteering in their communities.
