Working in the local banking industry for over 15 years, Tom has held management positions at banks in both Chittenden County and Washington County. Tom is a graduate of Castleton State College and lives with his family in Waterbury, where he is active in the community. He is board member of the Community Action Service Team (CAST) which oversees the Waterbury Food Shelf and the Good Neighbor Fund.
