Mr Anderson concentrates his practice in Zoning, Act 250, Environmental permitting, Environmental clean up, Real Estate, Complex property valuation, Title Insurance, Land Use and Environmental Litigation in Vermont. He has developed his practice to meet the needs of his widespread clientele throughout the state. Jeremy Grant joins the firm with a remarkable background that includes expertise in litigation with a particular focus on environmental, utilities, intellectual property as well as real estate litigation, including boundary, easement and co-tenancy disputes. Prior to joining our firm, Mr Grant worked as a litigation associate in Bangor, Maine.
Mr Anderson’s experience in Zoning and Real Estate extends over 39 years and has positioned him to understand Vermont’s unique real estate landscape and be able to obtain the best business result for his client including the expeditious resolution of permitting issues for a wide variety of facilities such as banks, shopping centers, other retail operations and housing developments.
Mr Anderson received his JD from Yale University, his BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, BS ChE, and was a recipient of the Salisbury Award, the highest distinction offer to graduating students.
Mr Grant received his JD from Boston University School of Law, his MA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and his BA from Bates College. He is admitted to practice in Maine and Vermont.
