Pomerleau Real Estate, a full-service real estate firm serving Burlington, Montpelier, southern Vermont and New England, has promoted Kendra Kenney and Brad Worthen to new leadership positions.
Kenney, who joined Pomerleau in November 2020 from Donahue & Associates, has been promoted from commercial and business broker to managing partner of commercial brokerage. With a background in commercial real estate and a proven track record of success, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role. Kenney previously served on the board of Special Olympics Vermont.
Worthen, who is in his ninth year at Pomerleau, has been elevated from vice president of commercial and business broker to senior vice president of commercial real estate. He will continue to serve as a member of the brokerage division, further solidifying the firm's reputation as an industry leader. Worthen serves on the board of directors at the Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce and the Vermont chapter of the American Red Cross and as vice chairman and treasurer of the Vermont Rail Action Network.
