South Burlington-based PC Construction Co. recently promoted Ryan Sauer of Essex Junction from vice president to senior vice president. In his new role, Sauer will lead PC’s southern region, focusing on growing the company’s regional water, wastewater and buildings work in North Carolina, Florida, Georgia and the Mid-Atlantic, where PC has been recognized for completing some of the largest, most complex water/wastewater infrastructure projects in the nation. The company has secured nearly $600 million in new contracts in those regions to date in 2023.
Sauer is a civil engineering graduate of Clarkson University and has worked at PC Construction for 10 years. He is 2022-23 president of the American Society of Civil Engineers' Construction Institute and co-founder of the organization’s Young Professionals Council. He is also a past recipient of ENR New England’s Top Young Professionals award.
