Paul Frank + Collins is pleased to announce the addition of French-American attorney Adeline Simenon to work on the Immigration and Business Services + Taxation teams. Ms. Simenon has extensive experience in counseling foreign companies and individuals seeking to establish new U.S. ventures (or to purchase existing ones). In addition, she assists foreign companies with immigration matters involving the temporary transfer of key employees to the U.S.
Ms. Simenon holds advanced legal degrees from the University of Valenciennes (2001) and the University of Lille II (1999) in France. In 2003, Ms. Simenon was awarded a Master of Laws, LL.M., with an emphasis on International Business Transactions & Trade Policy from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining PF+C, Ms. Simenon practiced law with one of the largest business immigration law firms in Los Angeles, California, where she counseled clients in all immigrant and non-immigrant matters. She also acted, and continues to act, as Legal Counsel to the French Consulate General in Los Angeles.
Ms. Simenon has extensive academic experience, having taught European Union Law and Transnational Sales Law at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and Loyola Law School from 2004 to 2010.
