NEHP has expanded its management and engineering team with the addition of Andy Doe, as operations and new product development manager. “Andy brings the ideal industry background and proven engineering and leadership skills to help NEHP expand our markets and products. As we continue our expansion into OEM and end user markets, Andy will be instrumental in achieving our overall objectives of enhancing both revenue and profit over the long term”, said Adam Tarr, CEO of NEHP Inc.
Andy brings 28 years of high-level management experience from IBM, Microelectronics Division. Andy led the IBM engineering efforts for facility and process planning of multimillion dollar projects in multiple facilities. Previous positions have included team leader of design professionals from private industry, universities, and external design and build contractors. He brings a strong background in improving time to market as well as expertise in NEHP’s core business model of reducing on site activities in high purity process systems. Andy has a BSME from Rochester Institute of Technology and a New York State PE license.
