Lang McLaughry Spera Real Estate (LMSRE) is pleased to announce its newest Associate, Marla Woulf. Woulf has worked in the real estate industry for three years as the Executive Assistant to Staige Davis (CEO of LMSRE) and Mary von Ziegesar (Vice President, Lion & Davis), and has recently obtained her license to begin a new role as a Sales Associate.
Becoming a Sales Associate ties together Woulf’s real estate experience, marketing background, and desire to diligently and professionally serve clients in the home buying and selling process in Vermont. Woulf takes the time to build personal relationships with her clients so that she can best determine their needs and assist them in reaching their goals. She is knowledgeable about both the regional and national markets, and works hard to professionally represent the interests of her clients.
Woulf moved from Connecticut to Burlington in 2006, and fell in love with all that Chittenden County has to offer. She enjoys the mountains, lake, bustling down town, picturesque countryside, and, most of all, being part of a conscientious, deliberate community. Woulf volunteers her time at local organizations, includingVNA’s Family Room, Spectrum Youth Mentors, and Camp Ta-Kum-Ta.
Woulf is a graduate of St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, where she earned a BA in Fine Arts and Religious Studies. In 2010, she earned a Yoga Teachers Certification at Yoga Vermont, where she currently teaches classes.
Woulf lives with her husband, Michael, and daughter, Leilani, in South Burlington. She enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, running, biking, hiking, gardening and boating. Most of all, she enjoys being with her family, friends and a part of the larger community.
