Manchester Business Association has appointed Valeria Ryan, a veteran of Vermont's hospitality, nonprofit, corporate and resort sectors, as its new events manager. In her new role, she will oversee the planning and implementation of a wide range of programming, including business forums, networking mixers, seasonal festivals and signature community events.
Before joining MBA, Ryan worked with several notable organizations, including Pathways for Prevention, Taconic Kimpton/IHG Hotels, Stratton Mountain Resort and Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. Her diverse experience includes producing international finance summits, leading luxury weddings and corporate events at world-class resorts, and building effective operational systems for startups and nonprofits alike.
