AllEarth Renewables, Inc of Williston VT, announced today that Wayne Maceyka will join the company's senior management team as Director of Marketing and Sales. Maceyka, of Hinesburg, VT, has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and engineering - a technical background uniquely suited for AllEarth Renewables, the award winning Vermont-based solar tracker manufacturer. Maceyka has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Masters in Sustainable Management from The Presidio Graduate School’s Seattle location. His career began in Boston, MA in the factory automation industry. In the late ‘90s he began learning about sustainability, and the systemic challenges we faced. He decided to go car-free and began working in the retail and manufacturing segments of the bicycle industry. Going a step further into sustainable business, he spent time in renewable energy with Beacon Power Corporation, developing sales plans and steering sales and marketing efforts for a residential solar energy inverter.
From there, Maceyka rejoined the industrial sector with Mettler Toledo, a multinational manufacturer of laboratory scales and analytical instruments. Over his eight year tenure, he rose from Regional Sales Manager to Product Manager and then to Marketing Manager. Pursuing his family’s dream to live in Vermont, Maceyka began working for SunCommon in 2014, supporting the marketing and sales team’s efforts to provide renewable energy solutions to Vermonters across the state.
Wayne has taken an active role in the local innovation space economy, leading the formation of a neighborhood coworking community in Hinesburg. He also testified in Vermont Senate and House Committees on the merits of remote work for Vermont, part of the recently passed S.94 “$10,000 move to Vermont” Bill.

Maceyka has been an active volunteer over the past 15 years for a variety of non-profits, most recently with AgeWell in Chittenden County and as a member of Hinesburg’s Economic Development Committee. He occasionally speaks to college classes focused on social responsibility and sustainable innovation practices. Wayne happily lives in Hinesburg with his wife, Julie, and their two young sons.
