King Street Center welcomes Chip Hart to the board of directors

Long-time friend to King Street Center, Chip Hart, was officially voted in as the newest member of the Board of Directors in June. Chip is a life-long Burlington resident and serves as Director of Pediatric Solutions at Physician's Computer Company. He has also provided leadership on the Boards of KidSafe Collaborative and Burlington Tennis Club. Chip shares, "I recognize the gifts given to me, and I feel lucky to be able to give time to an organization for people who need it and deserve it. I am happy to do meaningful work in the heart of Burlington where I live and where I grew up."

"Chip has walked-the-walk for King Street Center for many years. He was an instrumental part of the success of the Backyard Classic, our biggest fundraiser of the year. And, his perspective as a parent of two recent Burlington High School alumni is an important lens as we work to enrich our programs for high school youth. We are so glad to have Chip's voice at the table!" says Vicky Smith, Executive Director.

King Street Center is a non-profit organization in downtown Burlington that serves kids age 1-18, providing high-quality care, meals, academic support, and enrichment.
