Hickok & Boardman HR Intelligence names Greg Paradiso as director of HR technology

Hickok & Boardman HR Intelligence is pleased to announce its recent hire of Greg Paradiso as its Director of HR Technology. Paradiso will be responsible for running the firm’s HR Technology practice area and implementing HRIS solutions for Vermont businesses.

Paradiso comes to Hickok & Boardman with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources with mid-size and large employers. He served as Director of Benefits & HRIS for McCormick Spices in Baltimore, Maryland and Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS for Glatfelter Paper in York, PA. He also was Business Lead for development of the premium processing and broker systems on Vermont’s health benefit exchange. Greg earned his BS in Labor Relations at Cornell University and an MBA at the University of Maryland. Greg is a Certified Compensation Professional and a member of the Vermont HR Association as well as the International Association of HR Information Management.
