FPF new headquarters and hires

Front Porch Forum’s recently moved into new headquarters on Burlington’s waterfront and added three employees to its growing staff of 14. Since 2006, FPF has been helping neighbors connect and build community by hosting a statewide network of online local forums. More than 140,000 members participate, in a state containing a total of 260,000 households. New Positions: Marketing Manager: Lynn Espey - Lynn Espey is FPF’s new Marketing Manager. Lynn is building awareness of FPF’s social mission across the state. She’s using her 20 years of marketing and communications experience in Vermont to create strategic partnerships that will help provide every Vermonter the opportunity to participate in a vibrant local FPF. Lynn previously participated with FPF’s statewide expansion in 2013. Business Manager: Robert Millar - Robert Millar is FPF’s new Business Manager, joining the company after a decade of working Vermont politics and community organizing, most recently as Deputy Director of Operations for Senator Bernie Sanders 2016 Presidential campaign. Robert also has served on the Winooski City Council and School Board. He is managing FPF’s finances, human resources and administration.

New Addition

Emily Potter, Online Community Manager - Emily Potter recently joined FPF as part of the Online Community Management Team. Emily loves seeing the kindness, diverse opinions, and overall sense of community expressed by Vermonters through FPF. A native of Guilford and alumna of UVM, Emily has lived in south, central and northern Vermont.
