Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice (CVHHH) has announced the appointment of three new board members to its board of directors.
Theresa Lever, of Montpelier, has worked at Central Vermont Medical Center since 1981. For 28 years, she was the social worker at CVMC’s nursing homes. In 2009, she assumed the position of Patient Navigator for the hospital’s cancer program. Theresa has worked in partnership with CVHHH for over three decades and has in-depth understanding of CVHHH’s procedures and service areas. Theresa has a B.A. in Social Services from the University of New Hampshire and an M.E.d. from the University of Vermont.
William E. Patno, II, CFP, CLU, AIF, of Montpelier, is a Senior Partner at Granite Financial Group, a boutique financial planning firm in Barre. Granite Financial focuses on individual retirement and financial planning as well as corporate 401(k) and closely held business consulting. Bill earned a B.A. in Marketing from the School of Business Administration at the University of Vermont. Bill has served on several boards of directors for private and industry organizations. He also volunteers his time coaching his son and local sports teams and is a regular blood and platelet donor.
Susan Chicoine, of Burlington, is the Vice President of Human Resources at Vermont Mutual Insurance Group. Sue has over 25 years of experience working in the Human Resources field, most recently at TD Bank and its predecessor Banknorth Group, where Sue held several senior-level Human Resources positions. Sue is an active member of the Montpelier Rotary and is a past HR Steering Committee member of our affiliate agency, the Visiting Nurse Service of Chittenden & Grand Isle Counties. Sue is also a past board member for the Sara Holbrook Community Center and has held board positions for a number of organizations supporting children and families in Chittenden County.
Additional changes to the board include the departure of four board members:
Robert (Bob) Body II, of Montpelier, who has served as a CVHHH board member for over 10 years
Charlotte MacLeay, of Montpelier, who has served as a CVHHH board member for over 10 years
Mary Neville Hood, of Middlesex, who has served as a CVHHH board member for over 5 years
Christopher Turley, of Montpelier, who has served as a CVHHH board member for 2 years.
Gloria Rice, of Montpelier, was renewed as a board member for a second term.
