Colleen Casamira, former senior marketing and communications manager at Reos Partners, has joined the Vermont Housing & Conservation Board as director of communications.
At Reos Partners, Casamira led strategic communications for the North America office, shaping and executing campaigns that advanced organizational priorities and strengthened audience engagement across channels. Prior to that, she was library director for the town of Jericho.
Casamira attended the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, where she studied feminist psychology, Spanish and women's studies. She also earned legal studies certification in community development from Woodbury College.
