Coldwell Banker Carlson Real Estate adds new agent to esteemed team

Nick Witherbee has joined the Coldwell Banker team with offices in Stowe and Morrisville. Originally from the Boston area, Nick decided to relocate to the Green Mountain State after graduating from St. Lawrence University in neighboring New York State in 2014.

Having family in Elmore and Hyde Park, Nick has had countless experiences exploring and recreating around the state in Lamoille County and the Stowe area over the years, developing his strong affinity for Vermont. An avid outdoorsman, Nick enjoys the opportunity to mountain bike, hike, ski and snowboard here in Vermont. “I moved to Stowe and feel incredibly lucky to be able to call this beautiful place home,“ said Witherbee. Continuing “I’m very acclimated to the area and feel confident my in-depth regional knowledge – along with my passion for the area – will help me ensure my clients achieve their real estate goals.”

Years of client-service, along with his deeply rooted passion for the region, will provide immeasurable benefits to visitors, friends and clients of Nick who may be looking to buy or sell property in the Lamoille area. “We’re thrilled to have Nick join our team. His energy, work-ethic and desire to work hard for his clients have certainly impressed us and we know will serve him very well in his real estate career,” said Maggie Macdonald, broker/owner of the Coldwell Banker franchise.

If you’re a mountain biker there’s a good chance you might see Nick out there on one of the many trails that weave their way through the beautiful pastures, woods and hills around Stowe.
