Alexis M. Carpenter of Morgan has joined the Vermont Housing Finance Agency as director of human resources and administration.
Carpenter has nine years of experience working for RDI Corp. in Newport in a series of progressively more advanced roles, most recently as director of site operations. She is also the founder and CEO of Raising Hope, specializing in organizational culture design and team development.
“Alexis is a highly skilled human resources and organizational culture leader,” said VHFA Executive Director Maura Collins. “We are very excited to have her join our team as we evolve VHFA into a leading-edge, post-pandemic workplace.”
VHFA is a nonprofit agency created in 1974 by the Vermont Legislature to finance and promote affordable housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income Vermonters.
