Attorney Patrick Winburn has again been awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s highest legal rating (Av) for 2021. Martindale-Hubbell is the oldest attorney ranking/listing group for lawyers. The requirements are stringent, anonymous and rate lawyers from Av to Cv (or no ranking at all). An Av rating means that that lawyer is considered “preeminent” and is the top rating.
Winburn has received an Av rating by Martindale-Hubbell each year for over two decades and limits his practice to personal injury cases throughout the State of Vermont. Winburn Law Offices is one of the few offices in Vermont to restrict its practice in this way.
Winburn lives in Bennington, Vermont with his wife Kim and has tried cases throughout the State of Vermont since 1987. He is past president of the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association, is also listed by Super Lawyers of New England and is a member of the Vermont Bar Association.
