Copley Hospital, Greater Lamoille County's nonprofit community hospital, has hired Barbara Walls as executive director of development, marketing and public relations, effective Jan. 13.
For the past year, Walls has served as principal creative strategist at her design studio, Walls + Design. Prior to that, she was employed as managing creative director of the UVM studios department within the Division of Strategic Communications at the University of Vermont.
Walls is a magna cum laude graduate of Franklin Pierce University, where she majored in graphic communications.
“We are very excited to have Barbara join us and look forward to partnering with her in directing the development and marketing efforts here at Copley,” said hospital CEO Joseph Woodin.
