Deb Finnigan Senior Engineering Project Manager
Debbie Finnigan, PE, a native of Montpelier, Vermont and graduate of UVM, has over 18 years of experience in traffic and safety engineering, project/contract management, and inspection and monitoring of construction projects. Debbie most recently was a Transportation Project Manager for the City of Portsmouth, NH.
She joins VHB’s team of engineers, scientists, planners, and designers, in the firm’s North Ferrisburgh, Vermont office as a Senior Engineering Project Manager. Her role is expanding our transportation client base, providing a point person for VHB’s traffic expertise, and developing an emphasis on new municipal opportunities in Vermont, from small- to large-scale. Having worked on both sides of the consultant/owner project development process, she provides key understanding and qualifications that clients can relate to quickly and confidently which will enhance the growth of our Vermont office. Her extensive knowledge and experience will benefit clients throughout the northeast
