Sword Ciboodle names Mitch Lieberman VP of Strategic Marketing

Sword Ciboodle, a global leader of customer oriented business software and services, has announced the appointment of Mitch Lieberman to the position of VP of Strategic Marketing in charge of product positioning and messaging. In his new role with the company, Lieberman will be tasked with maintaining and expanding upon Sword Ciboodle’s Americas marketing efforts, innovating Customer Service in the age of Social as well as customer, analyst and partner engagement programs.

Lieberman brings with him more than 15 years of experience within the high technology sector, including software architecture, solution strategy and product design, all within the CRM and Contact Center space. Lieberman will be running the North American Marketing team from his home in Williston. Prior to joining Sword-Ciboodle, he was an independent analyst and industry consultant, creating Comity Technology Advisors (CTA), a Vermont consultancy. In addition to working with global companies, CTA was able to spend time working with some great local companies too, including a recent engagement with Grafton Village Cheese Company, a subsidiary of the Windham Foundation. Most recently focusing on Social CRM where Social Technology meets traditional CRM and contact center solutions, he has continuously shown his leadership in developing and delivering creative, leading edge solutions. The solutions have included cloud based infrastructure, open source software, customer relationship management platforms, and an innovative combination of social media with traditional CRM offerings.
