Unruh moved to Vermont in 2005 after hiking on the Appalachian trail and falling in love with the beauty of the Green Mountains and Lake Champlain. With 12+ years’ experience in all positions of the hospitality industry, he has learned that the key to a superior guest experience lies within the fine details. He brings his attention to detail and motivation for success to the real estate industry as a patient yet determined agent.
Unruh currently lives in Winooski, and when not in the office or on the road with clients, he enjoys taking in live music shows, travel, photography, and golf. He can often be found exploring local restaurants, or cooking dinner for his family under the watchful eye of his dog Lou Lou, and cat Cricket.
