Attorney Ryan Flatley has been elected director at the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin. He is based in the firm’s Lebanon, New Hampshire, office and serves clients throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.
Flatley joined DRM in 2021 as of counsel in the trusts and estates practice group. He guides clients through all aspects of estate planning and administration and has significant experience in multigenerational family planning and business succession planning. He also counsels for-profit and non-profit entities on day-to-day operational issues as well as complex transactions.
