RE/MAX North Professionals, with offices in Colchester and Jericho, is pleased to announce that it has merged with RE/MAX Champlain Valley Properties, located in Middlebury. The Middlebury office, which covers all of Addison County and is supported by five agents, will operate under the RE/MAX North Professionals name.

RE/MAX North Professionals is Vermont’s largest RE/MAX office, and is consistently one of the top firms in the state. The addition of the Middlebury team brings the total number of RE/MAX North Professionals agents to 40.
RE/MAX Champlain Valley Properties was founded in 1995 by Bonnie Gridley and Nancy Foster - two local agent / brokers who between them have over 50 years of real estate experience in the Middlebury area. Since joining RE/MAX, Bonnie and Nancy have developed a team that consistently provides the Middlebury area with quality real estate service. Both Gridley and Foster hold Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Certified Buyer Representative designations.
