Primmer announces latest employee appointments

The Primmer Law Firm, a forty-three lawyer, full service law firm with five offices in the commercial centers of Vermont and New Hampshire, has announced the following appointment:

Gary Karnedy, Managing Shareholder, Chair of the Board of Directors – Attorney Karnedy practices commercial and regulatory litigation and employment law in Vermont, and is also licensed in New Hampshire and the District of Columbia.

Greg Eaton, President and Director – Attorney Eaton practices personal injury and insurance litigation in Vermont and New Hampshire.

Gary Burt, Treasurer and Director – Attorney Burt is a seasoned commercial and personal injury trial attorney, litigating cases throughout New Hampshire.

Anne Cramer, Senior Vice President, Director, Past Board Chair – Attorney Cramer provides counsel to a broad spectrum of hospitals, agencies, health care providers, health care related associations and private health care interests in Vermont and New Hampshire.

Jeff Johnson, Senior Vice President, Immediate Past Board Chair – Attorney Johnson provides transactional legal services and corporate and regulatory legal counsel to risk retention groups and captive insurance companies located in Vermont and the District of Columbia.

Doreen Connor, Senior Vice President and Director – Attorney Connor focuses her practice on appeals, insurance coverage and defense in New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.

Doug Wolinsky, Senior Vice President and Director – Attorney Wolinsky is a member of Primmer’s Financial Services and Banking group, heads the Firm’s Bankruptcy group and practices in Vermont and New York.
