Clara Conklin has joined the firm as an associate after graduating from Boston College Law School. During law school, she externed at the Massachusetts Land Court and worked as a student attorney in Boston College’s Civil Litigation Clinic. She continues her civil litigation work at Primmer, primarily serving clients in New Hampshire’s North Country. Clara grew up on a family dairy farm in Haverhill, New Hampshire and remains passionate about agriculture and maintaining the vitality of the North Country communities.
Brendan O’Brien has joined Primmer, and will focus his practice on commercial and insurance litigation. His experience includes premises liability, products liability, professional liability, complex tort, and general commercial matters. Before joining Primmer, Brendan worked as an associate at two national law firms and also served as a law clerk to the Vermont Superior Court.
Stacey Pawlik brings extensive litigation experience to her practice at Primmer as a domestic relations and criminal defense attorney in Primmer’s Manchester and Portsmouth offices. Prior to joining Primmer, Stacey investigated and litigated complex and emotional homicide and financial crime cases in every county in New Hampshire as an Assistant Attorney General. Before that, she prosecuted felony-level jury trials and district court bench trials as an Assistant County Attorney in Rockingham County. Her advocacy and writing skills paved the way to success before the Supreme Court of New Hampshire in both the civil and criminal realms. She draws from her experience working with individuals in emotional, high-stakes and often financially complex court cases to provide effective, patient and reassuring counsel to Primmer clients faced with domestic relations litigation or criminal charges.
