O’Brien Brothers Agency (OBBA) has announced that effective immediately Evan Langfeldt has been appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Evan joins OBBA with over a decade of in-depth experience in real estate development both within and outside of Vermont.
Evan will oversee OBBA’s current operations and look to strategically develop its existing undeveloped portfolios. Evan commented, “I’m excited to join an organization with such a demonstrated commitment of developing properties that truly enhance the communities in which they are located. I look forward to continuing to build upon that legacy while guiding the future development of the company’s residential and commercial assets.”

A Middlebury, VT native, Evan comes to OBBA from ReArch Company in South Burlington, VT where he served in various roles over his eight-year tenure, most recently as Vice President of Development. Previously, Evan worked at Meridian Development Group on a project developing the base village of Mammoth Mountain ski area in Mammoth Lakes, California, and on another project developing the base village of Northstar-at-Tahoe ski resort in Truckee, California. Evan is a 2001 graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.
