Wind measurement manufacturer NRG Systems announced the promotion of long-time employee Larry Jacobs to the newly-created position of product manager.
In his new role, Jacobs will manage the business development of NRG Systems’ turbine health monitoring (THM) product family, including overseeing market analyses, developing marketing materials, executing product launches and providing strategic guidance for the long-term growth of the THM brand.
“In his new position, Larry will be that crucial link between our engineering and marketing teams to ensure we’re delivering quality products to our customers as the industry evolves,” said Barton Merle-Smith, NRG Systems director of marketing and sales.
Jacobs, who joined NRG Systems in 2002, was most recently marketing manager for the company and previously served in technical sales and marketing roles.
