Rosanna Lacross, human resource specialist for the Rutland, VT, and Asheville, NC, sites of GE Aerospace, has joined the team of volunteers at Vermont Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. ESGR, a Department of Defense office, was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment.
Lacross is also co-leader of the GE Veterans Network, which recently presented her with the first Shane Wright Award for her selfless service and support of the group.
