Killington Resort announces staff promotions for 2025

Jordan Spear

Vermont’s Killington Resort, the largest ski and snowboard resort in eastern North America, has promoted several team members to new roles within the organization. These promotions will help streamline efficiencies across the resort with a new structure within several key departments and create opportunities for growth throughout the organization.

Those earning promotions include:

  • Christine Bulgini, from mountain operations administrative coordinator to administrative manager. This change will elevate the crucial role Bulgini plays in overseeing mountain operations’ extensive safety program and in auditing compliance with federal OSHA laws and state tramways regulations.

  • Sophie Parvez, from food and beverage administrator to hospitality business manager. Parvez's new duties will include financial/budgetary management for the resort’s food and beverage and lodging operations. She will also assume oversight of the conference sales team operations and provide technical support for operating sales platforms.

  • Rebecca Reed, from recruitment manager to employee experience manager. In her new role, Reed will helm the day-to-day operations of human resources. She began her career at Killington in 2021 as international recruiter before her responsibilities were expanded to include all recruitment efforts.

  • Eric Rusch, from executive chef and manager to food and beverage director of the Grand Hotel and Northside Dining. Rusch's role was recently expanded to include front-of-house food and beverage operations in the Grand Hotel. His promotion will include oversight of the hotel culinary team.

  • Kayla Sarajian, from lift operations manager to mountain experiences manager. In this newly created position, Sarajian will manage all guest-facing departments within mountain operations, including lift operations, terrain parks, ski patrol and race event operations.

  • Jordan Spear, from director of product marketing and sales to vice president of resort services and sales. Spear's expanded duties will include oversight of all skier service revenue and guest service areas, unifying these key functions under one leadership team. He will continue leading tickets, guest services, marketing technology, group sales and reservations.

  • Nate Stoodley, from K-1 Base Lodge food and beverage front of house manager to K-1 Base Lodge manager. In his new role, Stoodley will oversee all food and beverage operations in K-1 and serve as a liaison with other departments and events in K-1.
