William Shouldice & Associates LLC, a government relations and lobbying firm, announced that Tess Kennedy has joined as a Government Relations Associate.

Her diverse background in business, real estate, retail, the financial sector, and journalism will ensure our clients are well represented during the upcoming legislative session and beyond.”
Ms. Kennedy will track bills, monitor regulatory hearings, write reports, organize events, and help to implement various legislative agendas on behalf of clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kennedy worked for major trade associations such as, the Vermont Retail and Grocers Association and the Vermont Realtors Association, where she managed events, education initiatives, and member services. Before moving to Vermont, Ms. Kennedy was an account manager for a commodities firm on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and on the trading floor in New York. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Journalism & Advertising.
