Forcier Aldrich & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers has changed its name to Aldrich + Elliott, PC, Water Resource Engineers. This new name incorporates the addition of Wayne Elliott, P.E., as co-owner and Vice President with his business partner, Bradley Aldrich, P.E., President. Elliott has been with the firm since its inception in 1995 and has made significant contributions to the engineering community through his work over the past 25 years.
This rebranding also represents Aldrich + Elliott, PC’s renewed commitment to preserving water resources in Vermont. The A+E team will continue to be focused on improving clean water in Vermont through water resources engineering including water, wastewater, stormwater, and civil/site projects throughout the state.
Aldrich + Elliott, PC announced the recent promotion of Jill Marsano to Chief Financial Officer and Director of Marketing. Marsano has worked for A+E, water resources engineers, for twelve years with past and present responsibilities including the management of: human resources, IT, business administration, marketing, accounting, and finance. She has been working on a marketing campaign to rebrand the company from its previous name, Forcier Aldrich & Associates, Inc. to its new name, Aldrich & Elliott, PC. She completed a Professional Business Certificate in Leadership & Management at UVM’s Vermont Business Center in April of 2010 and is on track to complete her BA in Business Management from Johnson State College in 2013 while working full-time and raising her two sons with her husband in Addison County, VT.
Aldrich + Elliott, PC recently welcomed Jennie Auster, E.I. to the A+E team of engineers and professionals. Auster is a civil engineer with over eight years of experience in water and wastewater engineering. She has worked as a project engineer at the following firms: Hazen and Sawyer, JJG, and LAN. Her experience includes the preparation and development of many facility and resource planning studies and preliminary engineering reports for wastewater treatment facilities in Texas, Georgia and South Carolina, along with the management of water resource projects in New York City. In February 2003, she was honored with the JJG President’s Award for excellence in promoting performance. She completed the ACEC Future Leaders Program in 2003. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BS in Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Chi Epsilon Honors.
